Queer Across Canada

If you're a teacher and you want to open up dialogue in your classroom about gender and sexual diversity, check out The Queer Across Canada Resource Kit. The kit invites students and teachers to listen to and reflect on the songs from the album, Queer Across Canada, and then discuss their responses to the songs. The kit includes the lyrics to all the songs, journal reflection sheets for each song, a student activity, tips on how to facilitate classroom conversations, and a short list of other useful classroom resources and books. The Queer Across Canada Resource Kit can be downloaded for free by clicking on the link below  in red. The album, Queer Across Canada that accompanies the kit, can be purchased on the Music page of this website or on iTunes. Feel free to listen to the songs of Queer Across Canada on this page.
